Your product is hard to explain
It takes you five minutes and a whiteboard, and prospects glaze over before you get to the point.

You've got a product that takes a few minutes to explain. In a meeting it lands, on a website it doesn't. An explainer video fixes that. It shows what you do, why it matters and what happens next, in about a minute.
People remember far more of a message when they watch it than when they read it. That's why the right explainer earns its place on your home page, in your sales deck and across your social channels.

Most people who come to us are stuck on the same three things.
It takes you five minutes and a whiteboard, and prospects glaze over before you get to the point.
Generic stock animation and a stock voiceover that could belong to any brand in your category.
Sales and support keep re-explaining the basics, and there's no clean asset to send instead.
We lead on live action explainers, real people in real premises, which is where our broadcast crew is strongest. We'll steer you to the format that suits the message, not the one that's easiest to sell.
Real staff, real customers, your actual space. Our specialty. It builds trust in a way animation can't, and it fits how we shoot.
Clean motion for abstract ideas, software flows or a process you can't easily film. Good when there's nothing physical to point a camera at.
For product mechanics, engineering or anything that needs to be shown from the inside out.
Data, stats and key numbers brought to life. Often mixed into a live action piece to carry the detail.

Our work
Firms selling something intangible that a video can make concrete.
Software teams who need the value clear in the first 30 seconds.
Brands launching a product that needs a story, not just a spec sheet.
Teams explaining a service, a scheme or a process to the public.
Large teams rolling out training, onboarding or a new way of working.

Behind the scenes
Our crew came up through live broadcast news at Network Ten. That means calm on set, a broadcast quality eye, and the knack of settling people's nerves in front of a camera fast. Jess runs your job start to finish, so you've got one point of contact and nothing to chase. We've filmed for Bunnings, PwC, Sennheiser, Coles and YPO, and we handle the whole thing so you don't have to. If you want the wider picture, start with video production in Sydney.
How we work
Five stages, all handled. You brief us once and give your feedback. We run the rest.
Tell us the goal, the audience and the deadline once. Jess turns it into a scope, a plan and a fixed quote, so you know what you are getting before anything is locked in.
We plan the shoot, script the messaging, build the shot lists and lock the call sheet before anyone films. Locations, talent and logistics are handled, and we coach anyone nervous about being on camera.
An experienced crew runs the day to the call sheet and settles people on camera fast. Broadcast-grade cameras, audio and lighting, with backups for the backups. We came up through live news, so calm under pressure is the default.
We edit and finish, then send the cut through Frame.io so you comment straight on the frame. Two rounds of changes are built in. Social cutdowns are planned from the start, so one shoot works everywhere.
You get the final files in the formats you need, ready to go across every channel. They are yours to keep, no strings, no chasing.
I’m really relaxed. Even at events I’m not at, I’m not worried at all. It’s set and forget.
They make our attendees feel comfortable on camera, and find ways to maximise the content on the day.
I had a partner, not a supplier. They were truly part of the team, across a four day, five week event.
Good to know
It depends on the format and the scope. A single location live action piece sits at one end, a fully animated or multi-location shoot at the other. What shapes it most is filming days, animation build, scripting and how many cutdowns you need. Tell us the job and we'll send a fixed quote, so book a call.
For most products, 60 to 90 seconds. That's long enough to make one clear point and short enough to hold attention. If it's for onboarding or training it can run longer. We'll match the length to where you'll use it.
Most live action explainers run two to four weeks from brief to delivery. Animation can take a little longer depending on the build. We set the dates up front in your plan, and we deliver when we said we would.
Live action builds trust because it shows real people and your real premises, and it's where our crew is strongest. Animation suits abstract ideas, software or anything you can't film. We'll steer you to the right fit on a quick call, not push one on you.
We can write it. Most clients give us the rough idea and we shape it into a tight script built around one message. You approve the script before we film a single frame. If you've already got a script, we'll refine it with you.
Two rounds of review come built in, run through Frame.io so your feedback lands right on the frame. Most videos are locked within those two rounds. We'll always tell you up front what's included.
Your one key message, any brand assets like logos and fonts, and access to your location or people for the shoot. That's about it. We turn the rest into a plan, a call sheet and a fixed quote.
Anywhere you like. The files are yours. Most clients run it on the website hero, landing pages, sales decks, onboarding and social, and we deliver the cutdowns to fit each one.
Based in Sydney, filming across the CBD, North Sydney, Macquarie Park, Parramatta, the Inner West and beyond. We travel across NSW and interstate for the right job.
