Jess and Oscar

Zarco Creative is a husband and wife team. Oscar and Jess, who believe great corporate video is as much about trust as it is about what appears on screen.

Oscar brings over two decades behind the camera, with a background in broadcast news and corporate campaigns. He leads the creative work with a calm, producer’s mindset shaped by high-pressure environments where there are no second chances.

Jess brings the structure that makes it all work. With a background in education and operations, she leads the planning, logistics, and client experience, making sure projects feel steady, clear, and well handled from start to finish.

Together, we work with marketing managers and corporate communications and events teams on high-visibility videos that need to land properly.

Our Mission

Our mission is to make corporate video feel easier for the people responsible for it. We work with marketing, communications, and events teams who already have enough on their plate, and we take care of the parts that usually create stress. The planning, the coordination, the decisions that need to be made early so nothing unravels later. We believe good video comes from clarity, preparation, and trust, not from rushing or overcomplicating things.

We focus on doing the work properly, from the first conversation through to delivery. That means listening, asking the right questions, and following through on what we say we’ll do.
