How we got here

Zarco Creative started with Oscar behind the camera and a simple belief: the best creative work happens when you understand the problem first.

After 15 years in broadcast television, including a decade at Network Ten working across everything from news to programming to advertorial content, Oscar had seen what worked and what didn't. The productions that succeeded weren't the ones with the biggest budgets or the flashiest gear. They were the ones where the team actually listened.

Today, we partner with enterprise marketing and events teams across Australia. Not because we're the flashiest production company. Because we're the easiest to work with.

That's not marketing copy. That's direct feedback from people who've worked with us for years. It's the standard we hold ourselves to.

Exceptional filming is about feeling. Exceptional video experiences are about trust. At Zarco Creative, I don’t just focus on capturing strong visuals. I focus on creating confidence in the outcome for the people responsible for it. When the pressure is on, the last thing a team needs is to manage the person behind the camera.

With more than two decades behind the lens, including producing corporate campaigns and working in broadcast news at Network 10, I’ve learned to anticipate moments, stay calm under pressure, and deliver without hesitation. I think beyond the shot, considering how each story connects across audiences and platforms and I approach every project as a creative partner who shares responsibility for the result. In a world full of polished content, what cuts through is humanity and presence. My role is to protect that, while ensuring the filming side never becomes a risk.

Operations Director

Most video production companies need to be managed. I make sure ours doesn’t. I run operations at Zarco Creative, partnering with corporate marketing, communications, and events teams who need high-quality video without the follow-up fatigue. When timelines are tight and stakeholders are involved, my role is to remove pressure and make the process feel steady, clear, and handled.

We’ve delivered projects for organisations including AANA, PwC, Telstra, and Coles because we’re reliable, prepared, and easy to work with. Working alongside my husband Oscar, our Creative Director, I focus on planning, logistics, and follow-through so our clients can focus on their role, not managing ours.
