CEO and leadership message
A calm, clear piece to camera from your CEO or exec. We settle nerves fast and make them look their best.

Your people skim long emails. A leadership update or a policy change gets a quick scroll, then it's gone. Video gets watched, and the message sticks.
It also keeps the message consistent at scale. Everyone hears the same thing, the same way, whether they're in the Sydney office, at a depot, or working from home. For camera-facing exec pieces, see our executive video work.

Internal comms isn't one thing. Here are the pieces we film most for Sydney comms, HR and change teams.

Our work
Internal communications leads who need the message watched, not skimmed.
Onboarding, culture and policy, brought to life for the whole workforce.
Sensitive change explained clearly, with the right tone from the top.
In-house teams who want one reliable crew for internal and external work.
Larger organisations with sign-offs, multiple sites and confidentiality to manage.
Approvals are the number one worry for a comms team. We build them in, so there are no surprises.
Internal footage is sensitive. We handle it that way, start to finish.
Behind the scenes
Tell us what you need to say and to whom. We'll shape the plan and send a fixed quote.
Enterprise comms rarely lives in one building. We keep the look and the sound consistent across every location.

One shoot should work everywhere your people are. We build it to travel across your channels.

We've filmed internal and corporate pieces for teams like Bunnings and PwC, so enterprise sign-offs and busy offices are familiar ground. Our crew came up through live broadcast news at Network Ten, which means we stay calm under pressure and settle a nervous exec fast. That's a real edge for leadership pieces. You get one contact in Jess from brief to delivery, so it's set and forget for your team. See our full corporate video production range.
How we work
Five stages, all handled. You brief us once and give your feedback. We run the rest.
Tell us the goal, the audience and the deadline once. Jess turns it into a scope, a plan and a fixed quote, so you know what you are getting before anything is locked in.
We plan the shoot, script the messaging, build the shot lists and lock the call sheet before anyone films. Locations, talent and logistics are handled, and we coach anyone nervous about being on camera.
An experienced crew runs the day to the call sheet and settles people on camera fast. Broadcast-grade cameras, audio and lighting, with backups for the backups. We came up through live news, so calm under pressure is the default.
We edit and finish, then send the cut through Frame.io so you comment straight on the frame. Two rounds of changes are built in. Social cutdowns are planned from the start, so one shoot works everywhere.
You get the final files in the formats you need, ready to go across every channel. They are yours to keep, no strings, no chasing.
I’m really relaxed. Even at events I’m not at, I’m not worried at all. It’s set and forget.
They make our attendees feel comfortable on camera, and find ways to maximise the content on the day.
I had a partner, not a supplier. They were truly part of the team, across a four day, five week event.
Good to know
It depends on the scope. The main drivers are how many shoot days, how many locations, the number of people on camera, and the edits and cutdowns you need. Captions, translations and multi-site travel also shift the number. Tell us what you're planning and we'll send a fixed quote, so there are no surprises.
Most single-location pieces run around two to four weeks from brief to final edit. That covers planning, the shoot, and two rounds of review. Bigger multi-site or multi-video projects take longer. If you've got a hard deadline, tell us early and we'll build the plan around it.
Yes, we film on site across Sydney and NSW. We bring autocue so your exec can read naturally, and a calm crew who put people at ease on camera. Our broadcast news background means we're quick and unflustered, even with a tight window in a busy office.
We treat internal footage as sensitive from the first day. We're happy to sign your NDA, and internal-only material stays internal. We handle staff releases and consent for anyone on camera. Delivery is secure, and the files are yours.
You do, at every stage. You sign off the script, the questions and who features before we film. Then legal, HR and comms all get their look at the edit, with two rounds of review through Frame.io. Nothing goes out until you've approved the final cut.
Yes. Captions and subtitles come standard so staff can watch sound off. We also cut the main video into shorter versions for the intranet, email and your employee app. Translated and alternate formats are easy to add if you've got a diverse workforce.
Based in Sydney, filming across the CBD, North Sydney, Macquarie Park, Parramatta, the Inner West and beyond. We travel across NSW and interstate for the right job.
